You will be sent some questionnaires before we meet, and then in our call we will explore your current goals, food rhythms, digestion, cravings, energy patterns, and emotional connection to nourishment.
✨ Week 2 – Personalized Wellness Plan + 30 min zoom call
You’ll receive a custom meal inspiration plan with personalize recipes, shopping and prep tips, pantry staples, and nourishing practices.
✨ Week 3 – Integration Session (30 minute zoom call)
We’ll check in on what’s working, simplify what’s not, and deepen your connection to your body.
✨ Week 4 – Completion & Support (60 minute zoom call)
We close with reflection, long-term suggestions, and continued support ideas.

Heidi Rasmussen, BSc Nutrition
Heidi studied nutrition at Acadia University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with Honors. She has worked with clients both online and in various health centers, developing personalized nutrition programs tailored to individual needs.
She also trained at the Deepak Chopra Center in La Jolla, California, with a focus on Ayurvedic Nutrition.
Heidi grew up in a family where the garden and kitchen were at the heart of daily life. This upbringing inspired her to co-found Grandmother’s Kitchen, a recipe website that blends the warmth and nostalgia of traditional home cooking with modern awareness around ingredients—highlighting how many once-simple staples are now filled with unnecessary additives.
She also worked as a research assistant at the University of Calgary in the field of Complementary and Alternative Healthcare, contributing to the development of a 'gold standard' for holistic health models.
Above all, Heidi is passionate about healthy eating—and even more so about simple eating. She understands that everyone is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.
