3 Min Sequence to Open the Directions

This is one of my all time favorite sequences. It is prayerful and also I love the feeling of folds in my body to start and end the day.

This sequence was introduced into my practice by Dr.Jinju Dasalla with https://naiasainstitute.earth/ in Pele Namaskar.

I have altered a few things adding in the directions of above, below, without and within.
