Heidi has been guiding classes & events in person and online from the many diverse branches of yoga for 20+ years, immersing herself in and teaching within diverse dance, movement and kirtan communities around the world. She believes in these practices as practical, meaningful and layered tools to weave mind, body, spirit, relationships, and community. Drawing on extensive training in Yoga (500+ HR RYT Yoga Teacher), Neurosomatic Flow™, Poi, and Partner Swing Dance, Kirtan & Song Circles, Heidi creates a safe, inviting, warm, and playful environment to help you have fun, let go of insecurities and remember the joys of moving freely in your body.
